Beginners class schedule; Apr-June 2025
To register online, please follow the steps below:
1. Consult our on-site and online French beginner class offer from above.
2. Choose your convenient schedule and click on PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM Button / Click on below link for completing and submitting the pre-enrolment form with your personal information, selection of your course, etc.
3. Our AFD staff will send you a confirmation email within two (02) working days with your Registration Attestation, Bills and Payment Guidelines as attachments.
4. Important: Please check your inbox. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you cannot find our confirmation email in your inbox.
5. Once your registration is completed and the fees paid (kindly follow the payment guidelines strictly), we will send you an appointment date to collect your textbook and exercise book from our Dhanmondi office. No courier service will be offered to deliver books.

Our expectations from the participants are stated as follows.
BEFORE THE SESSION
| 1. Install ZOOM in your device, preferably on a computer. |
| 2. A tablet or a smartphone are an option but will offer limited possibilities. |
| 3. Verify the Sound/Camera of your device. If, problem, fix it before the class or inform your teacher. |
DURING THE SESSION
1. It is obligatory to keep your CAMERA turned on during the entire class to facilitate interaction with teachers & other participants.

| 2. Be prepared with the Study materials (e.g., textbooks, exercise books, etc.) before each class. |
| 3. Arrange a calm and quiet PLACE to participate in the class. |
| 4. It is strongly discouraged to come late to class. In case you are late, try your best to follow the class. You can ask what you missed to the teacher during the next break. |
| 5. Communicate with the teachers regarding any technical/class related issues regularly. |
| 6. Inform/notify the teacher if you remain absent in the class /miss 2 or 3 classes in a row. |
| 7. In case of sudden disruptions of the class (such as electricity cuts or other technical difficulties), please wait till you get a notification from the teacher or AF Admin. |
