Notice
Perhaps you have a study gap in your French learning, or you previously learned French and now wish to resume. To begin, taking a class at the appropriate level is essential for mastering French and having a wonderful experience. We recommend that you take the placement test.
The test determines your proficiency level — Basic User (A1 and A2), Independent User (B1 and B2) — in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the guideline used internationally to describe the level of fluency achieved by a foreign language learner. This test is only valid for joining the classes offered by Alliance Française de Dhaka.
Notes
👉 The test will be a written test. Listening, vocabulary and structure, reading, and writing skills will be evaluated.
👉 Test Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
👉 Fees: BDT 2,000 (Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future test.)
👉 In case of unforeseen circumstances, the test dates may change by 2 (+/-) weeks.

👉 If you are new to French, please skip the test and directly register for any Beginner A1 Level 1 (A1-1) class.
👉 After the evaluation is completed, Alliance Française de Dhaka will recommend a class.
